The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 5 bmw employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are discovered, all such accounts may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited, pending investigation.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile telephone number, and a valid email address where applicable. You warrant that all information provided is true and accurate as of the date of registration and shall remain so for the duration of your Account's existence.
5 bmw reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to any activity that triggers our compliance procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include, without limitation:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in 5 bmw's request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify 5 bmw immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to your Account. 5 bmw shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately safeguard your Account credentials.
5 bmw accepts deposits via the payment channels listed on the Platform from time to time, which currently include but are not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). 5 bmw does not accept deposits in any foreign currency. Any foreign currency amount received will be rejected or returned, less any bank charges incurred.
A Player may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds (i.e., funds excluding any uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) from their Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied:
5 bmw aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts via InstaPay or PesoNet are subject to the operating schedules of the respective receiving financial institution. 5 bmw does not guarantee processing times that fall outside its direct operational control. All withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML): In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, 5 bmw may subject withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds to enhanced due diligence procedures, which may include requesting additional documentation regarding the source of funds. Such requests are mandatory compliance obligations and 5 bmw's processing timelines shall not apply during the period of any AML review.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 5 bmw are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to the matter in conflict only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal request will be processed. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion — live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
5 bmw reserves the right to void any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate the Account of any Player who, in 5 bmw's sole judgment, is found to be abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, employing low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure, engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other Players, or otherwise acting in bad faith with respect to any promotional offer.
Each game available on the 5 bmw Platform is governed by its own specific set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating. The rules of each game as published on the Platform at the time of play shall be the governing rules for all purposes.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the 5 bmw system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. The outcome of all games — whether determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for virtual games, or by physical means at a live dealer table — is final and binding. 5 bmw's records of bet placement, game outcomes, and settlement amounts shall be conclusive in the event of any dispute.
In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, 5 bmw reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. 5 bmw is not obligated to honour payouts that result from manifest errors, game malfunctions, or technical failures, regardless of whether such malfunctions benefited or disadvantaged the Player.
If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during an active live dealer game session, the bet placed prior to disconnection will be settled according to the actual game outcome on the live table. The fact of disconnection shall not void a bet or constitute grounds for a refund of a losing wager.
Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the 5 bmw Platform:
5 bmw reserves all rights and remedies available at law and in equity in response to any prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, Account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Age Verification: 5 bmw employs age verification procedures to prevent access by individuals under the age of twenty-one (21). Any Player who has provided false information regarding their age in order to register an Account shall have their Account immediately terminated, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to referral to appropriate authorities. 5 bmw will not refund any deposits made using a fraudulently obtained Account.
The 5 bmw Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 5 bmw makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5 bmw's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5 bmw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with use of the Platform, regardless of whether 5 bmw was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. All wagering decisions are made at the Player's own discretion and risk. 5 bmw is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform, provided that the applicable game rules were correctly applied and no system malfunction affected the outcome.
5 bmw reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 5 bmw has reasonable grounds to believe that:
A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 5 bmw support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of an Account — whether by the Player or by 5 bmw — the Player's license to access the Platform immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions which by their nature survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including without limitation Sections 9, 10, 12, and 15.
5 bmw reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice posted prominently on the Platform and/or via SMS or email to the contact details registered on the Account, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 prior to the effective date of the amendment.
The version of these Terms & Conditions dated 01 January 2026 supersedes all prior versions. The effective date of each version is noted at the top of this document and within the version identifier in the sidebar.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and 5 bmw, the Player shall first contact 5 bmw's support team at the contact details published on the Platform to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. 5 bmw will acknowledge such disputes within forty-eight (48) hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions are prepared and published in English, which is the sole governing language version. Any translation of these Terms & Conditions into Filipino or any other language is provided for informational convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the 5 bmw Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and applicable game and promotional rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5 bmw with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
